• The Acacia Waldorf Apartments is a Strata comprising 136 private properties located just a leisurely ten-minute walk from the Perth city centre, central business district (CBD) and Elizabeth Quay. It is only a short five-minute walk to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The historic Jacob’s Ladder is located close to the property, providing the oldest access to Perth City’s iconic Kings Park.

The City of Perth has designated the area “residential/commercial” under City Planning Scheme No.2. Of the 136 lots under the strata scheme, 134 comprise apartments ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. Apartments take on their own personalities that encompass incredible city views and/or river views, or just enjoy the tranquillity of nature. The award-winning apartment complex is well known for offering prestigious, tech-savvy, resort-style living with exemplary security and comfort within walking distance to the CBD. Residents have access to two swimming pools, tennis courts, conference rooms, landscaped gardens and two gymnasiums.

The apartments directly overlook John Oldham Park, which feature a lake and waterfall set in stunning surrounds. The park facilities include walking and cycling paths, barbecues and a playground. Underpasses provide safe access through the area, linking the park to the Swan River foreshore.

The apartments are without doubt the most conveniently located within the CBD’s free transit zone, where free travel is provided on Transperth buses and trains within the city area. A bus stop is located a few metres from the apartments. The Mounts Bay Road freeway exit provides easy access to the Mitchell and Kwinana Freeways.

The COO manages the functions, duties and powers of the strata company under the provisions of the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA).
