What is a Strata Plan?
A Strata Plan is a registered document comprised of several pages of written description, sketches and critical information about the lots. Our Strata Plan was registered in 2001 and comprises associated By-Laws and Easements. Further information on Strata Plans can be found at Landgate.
Moving in or Out
Please be advised that the by-laws (Schedule 2, By-Law 9) require proprietor, occupier or other residents not to transport any furniture or large object through common property unless sufficient notice has been given to the Council in order for the Council to arrange for its nominee to be present. Please contact the Strata Manager to arrange (refer to Links page).
